All prices are in Pounds Sterling per property per week and inclusive of 17.5% Value Added Tax, but exclusive of electricity consumed. Bed linen (excluding cot linen) is included but not towels and tea towels, which are always available for hire by arrangement and charged at £3-50 per person per week and paid for on departure. Towels are not to be removed from the property. Electricity for domestic hot water and heating is by meter reading and currently charged at 12.54p per unit and also paid for on departure. Payment of £6-50 per basket of logs for the woodburning stoves in Heron and Well Cottages is made in the same way.
