A PERFECT HOLIDAY COTTAGE............ This cosy three-bedroomed cottage is entered from the courtyard through a porch and then the hall to an impressive sitting room, which has a comfortable suite. An archway leads into the pretty fully fitted pine kitchen, equipped with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. French doors lead to a spacious Victorian style conservatory/dining room with further doors opening out to the enclosed private garden with terrace, lawn and shrubs. Unspoilt views to the West and the Atlantic Ocean beyond can be enjoyed from this aspect of the cottage.
On the ground floor off the hall there is a cloakroom/W.C. with a shaver point as well as a lovely bedroom with a double bed, pine wardrobe, bedside lighting and an en suite shower room.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms with distant views to Trevose Head, each attractively furnished with twin beds, bedside lighting and a fitted pine wardrobe. All beds are of good quality and have feather pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and spare blankets. Bed linen is included in the rental and beds will be made up in readiness for your arrival.
